Shipping policy

Ample & Oak ships to addresses in the United States. Every product page shows where that product ships from and the date range it should arrive in. The range on the product page is the promise for that product.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Prices on the site include shipping; you will not see a shipping charge at checkout.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

If your order is running late

If we cannot ship your order by the date we gave you, we email you before that date with a new shipping date and a link to cancel for a full refund. If the new date is more than 30 days after the original one and you have not told us you want to wait, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

If tracking shows your order has not arrived by the end of its delivery range, email us and we will either send a replacement or refund you.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped from outside the United States arrive with import duties already paid. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
